Dr. Ashish Ranjan Singh
Associate Professor, Department of Bio Technology & Inventor of Knowledge of Biological Science (KBS)
Dr. Ashish Ranjan Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Kanpur Institute of Technology (KIT), Uttar Pradesh. He earned his Ph.D. in Life Sciences from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His research expertise focuses on isolating and identifying bioactive compounds from plants, particularly for medicinal applications.
Dr. Singh has contributed significantly to the “Unnat Bharat Abhiyan” program at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, aimed at developing sustainable solutions for rural development. He has also worked as a Technical Analyst in the Biofuel Department of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India.
With over 20 published research and review papers, Dr. Singh has made notable contributions to the fields of antifertility activity and the use of plant secondary metabolites against resistant bacteria.
